Events & Partnerships Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Type: Full-time

Bodytree is growing and we're looking for an events-first operator who loves designing unforgettable wellness experiences and building relationships that turn into repeat business.

If you thrive at the intersection of events, wellness experiences, community building, and B2B partnerships, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll own Bodytree's full experiences roadmap - events, seasonal series, signature workshops, and community moments - while growing corporate partnerships through those experiences and relationships.

And you'll actively convert event relationships into repeat corporate wellness programs, private bookings, and co-branded activations.

1. Events & Workshops (Core Priority)
  • Own and execute Bodytree's experience calendar across all locations (seasonal series, signature workshops, community events).
  • Develop new event and workshop concepts that reflect the Bodytree brand and drive attendance.
  • Research public events and opportunities for Bodytree to join or activate at.
  • Work with instructors to shape workshop concepts, formats, and pricing.
  • Build event budgets and ensure events are profitable or cost-neutral.
  • Manage logistics, vendors, scheduling, and hands-on execution on event days.
  • Maintain and update all event checklists and planning systems.
  • Invite and coordinate influencers, media, and community partners.
2. Corporate Partnerships
  • Build relationships with corporates, hotels, wellness groups, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create proposals for corporate wellness programs, private reformer bookings, and workshops.
  • Convert community relationships from events into repeat corporate clients.
  • Coordinate and deliver corporate activations and on-site wellness events.
  • Ensure high-touch follow-up and strong partner satisfaction.
3. Communication & Coordination
  • Prepare clear communication for events and workshops (flyers, internal notes, talking points).
  • Provide content briefings to the marketing team for promotional assets.
  • Work closely with instructors, FOH, operations, and external partners to ensure smooth event and workshop delivery.
4. Reporting & Commercial Impact
  • Track performance across events and partnerships: attendance, revenue, margin, leads.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of partnership opportunities and active collaborations.
  • Report regularly on commercial outcomes and opportunities for repeat business.
Who You Are

Someone who

  • loves designing and running unforgettable wellness experiences
  • enjoys building relationships that turn into partnerships and repeat business
  • has 2-4+ years of experience in events, hospitality, partnerships, or wellness
  • is highly organised, proactive, and loves being on-site during events
  • is commercially minded and understands budgets, pricing, and ROI
  • communicates with clarity, warmth, and confidence
  • thrives in a fast-paced, creative, wellness-focused environment
