Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage the annual events calendar aligned with business priorities.
-Oversee any on ground activities and branding inside our branches.
-Identify key platforms, sponsorships, and partnerships.
-Define event objectives, audiences, and success metrics.
-Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of all events ensuring a seamless customer experience and journey.
-Manage event agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
-Ensure seamless delivery aligned with brand and operational standards.
-Develop and implement PR strategy aligned with corporate messaging.
-Plan and manage announcements, press releases, campaigns and gifting opportunities.
-Identify proactive storytelling opportunities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets.
-Manage media requests, interviews, and press engagements.
-Develop and manage events & PR budgets.
-Track performance and optimize spend across initiatives.
-Ensure alignment across all communication touchpoints.
-Lead and develop the Events & PR team.
-Set clear objectives and performance expectations.
-Drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
-Required years of experience from 12- 14 in Events, PR, or Corporate Communications.
-Experience in reputable events agencies and financial services/banking industry is preferably.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business is required.
