Event Operations & Logistics

Support the operational planning and on-ground execution of all events and programs. Develop detailed production plans, event schedules, supplier coordination sheets, and briefing documents.

Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and coordination across furniture, AV, décor, catering, and other services.

Oversee venue setup and dismantling, ensuring safety, quality, and brand consistency.

Supervise on-site staff, volunteers, and contractors during event delivery.

Conduct post-event evaluations focusing on operational efficiency, audience feedback, and overall experience.

Programming & Curation Support

Contribute to the development of MiZa’s annual events calendar by proposing strong, creative concepts that fit within the existing framework.

Shape ideas into workable event formats, including themes, activities, and experience flows.

Identify and recommend potential speakers, performers, vendors, and partners suited to each event.

Support in defining how each event will be delivered and how it can create meaningful impact for the community.

Partnerships & Collaborations

Support partnership-led events by helping shape how MiZa shows up at each activation, ensuring experiences feel intentional and aligned with MiZa’s identity.

Co-develop event components, activities, and curated elements with partner institutions, artists, and collaborators.

Maintain coordination with partners to align content, objectives, and logistics.

Ensure MiZa’s values, tone, and community vision are clearly reflected across all collaborative events

Administration & Reporting

Maintain event files, supplier databases, and operational templates for continuity and efficiency.

Support with event permit applications, NOCs, and documentation as required.
Prepare post-event reports summarizing operational highlights, lessons learned, and participation insight
