Events Sales Executive

Role: Events Sales Executive

Reports To: Business Director / CEO

Location: Dubai, UAE

As a Sales Executive, your role is to drive revenue growth by securing new business and managing client relationships across the events and production industry. You will promote the company’s full range of services and ensure clients receive tailored, high-impact solutions that meet their event needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development

o Identify and engage prospective clients—including brands, agencies, and corporate entities—within the GCC events ecosystem.

o Convert leads into clients by aligning our production capabilities (AVL, exhibitions, BTL, event design) with their objectives.

· Account & Relationship Management

o Cultivate and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

o Serve as the strategic link between client goals and internal production teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

· Sales Strategy & Targets

o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.

o Regularly track, analyze, and report sales metrics and performance insights.

· Market Intelligence

o Stay abreast of trends within the events, production, and exhibition industries in the UAE and broader GCC region.

o Monitor competitive offerings and adapt pitches to highlight our unique capabilities.

· Collaboration & Representation

o Partner with creative, production, logistics, and digital printing teams to create compelling proposals and tailored solutions.

o Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to elevate our brand presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales—preferably 3–5 years for Executive level—in events, exhibition production, AVL, or related fields.
  • Strong and existing network within the UAE/GCC events and marketing communities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, Arabic fluency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
