Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales & Marketing Executive – Event CompanyRoles & ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate, luxury, government, and private events
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms
  • Meet potential clients, understand their event requirements, and propose customized event solutions
  • Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and closing deals within company guidelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s event services
  • Assist in branding activities, including presentations, brochures, social media, and website content
  • Manage and support digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing)
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Support event promotions, launches, and exhibitions
  • Create post-event reports, case studies, and client testimonials
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing collaterals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Client & Event Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and events when required
  • Assist in event execution to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collect client feedback and suggest improvements for future projects

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Maintain client databases, contracts, and documentation
  • Support management with insights on revenue growth and market expansion
