We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Events Sales Executive to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event sales and planning within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting. You will be responsible for securing event business, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads for corporate events, social functions, weddings, meetings, and banquets
  • Respond to event inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and conduct site inspections
  • Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue goals
  • Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of client requirements
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions and event details in the CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as needed
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or event coordination in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end event execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems
  • Professional appearance and client-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules

Experience:

  • Hospitality events and sales in GCC: 3 years (Required)
