Events Sales Manager with UAE Experience

Job Summary:

The Events Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the UAE events industry. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the local events market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to design customized event solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate, private, and public events in the UAE.
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and marketing teams to create tailored event proposals and solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate culture, event regulations, and local client expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the events industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, and private functions in UAE.
• Strong networking capabilities and established relationships with UAE corporate clients and vendors.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative event concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
