Job Responsibilities:
-Support development of events and experiential calendar while brainstorming and proposing new ideas in line with the strategy.
-Translate briefs into clear activation plans and timelines.
-Align with stakeholders on objectives, audience, and deliverables.
-Manage end-to-end execution of events and on-ground activations.
-Ensure all brand touchpoints are delivered to a high standard.
-Handle on-site coordination and issue resolution.
-Ensure all activations reflect the brand identity and positioning.
-Enhance customer journey across event touchpoints.
-Contribute to creative ideas that elevate experience quality.
-Coordinate with event agencies, production houses, and suppliers.
-Review proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
-Ensure execution meets agreed standards work closely with marketing, business units, and support functions.
-Align on objectives, messaging, and event requirements.
-Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
-Track event budgets and monitor expenses.
-Support cost optimization across activations.
-Track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, feedback).
-Prepare post-event reports and insights.
-Recommend improvements for future activations.
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing is required.
-Required years of experience from 4 -6 in events, experiential marketing, or activations.
