We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for an Offline & Events Management Specialist to lead, organize, and execute all offline marketing activities, brand activations, and corporate events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events.
Manage all stages of event planning: concept creation, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all offline activities.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, agencies, venues, and suppliers.
Develop event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans.
Manage on-ground teams during events to ensure flawless execution.
Track event performance and prepare post-event reports and analysis.
Oversee production of marketing materials (banners, roll-ups, brochures, giveaways).
Ensure all events meet brand guidelines and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Manage booth design, fabrication, and event setups for exhibitions and trade shows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in events management or offline marketing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience dealing with vendors, venues, and production teams.
Knowledge of branding and promotional materials is a plus.
