EVS Teacher

Job Description:

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Primary EVS (Environmental Studies) Teacher .
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Environmental Studies lessons to primary school students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning interactive and enjoyable for students.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster an understanding of environmental issues and sustainable practices among students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on students’ progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in teaching Environmental Studies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Strong knowledge of environmental science and related subjects.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
