EWP Yard Team Lead - Mid Shift

The EWP Yard Lead position is responsible for overseeing all operations within the EWP Yard to ensure our customers get the right inventory at the right time while reducing inventory damage and spoilage. Duties include training other yard personnel, correctly receiving, putting away, pulling, cutting, staging, and loading EWP and performing all functions safely. This is an advanced role with specific skills needed to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. This role requires advanced forklift abilities, knowledge of tape measure use, and using various cutting implements (hand saws, circular saws, chainsaws, etc.) to manufacture engineered lumber packages. Safety is always in the front of your mind when dealing with these specialized materials and equipment. This role is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Product being stored outside requires special attention to maintain its viability to be sold in premium condition to our customers.

Shift: Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm (overtime as business requires).

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
• 2 plus years of experience in Warehousing or Production
• Must be able to use an rf scanner.
• Must be certified to operate all necessary machinery such as propane and electric forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and side swing lifts (Drexel).

• Pre-hire drug test
