Develop annual examination calendars in coordination with academic heads.
Prepare detailed timetables for all internal and external exams.
Coordinate with teaching staff for syllabus coverage and exam readiness.
2. Question Paper Management
Collect, review, and ensure the confidentiality of question papers from teachers.
Organize printing, packaging, and secure distribution of exam papers.
Ensure papers meet the standard format, marking scheme, and subject coverage.
3. Exam Conduct & Supervision
Arrange logistics: exam halls, seating plans, invigilators, and materials.
Ensure smooth and fair conduct of examinations.
Handle unforeseen situations (student illness, malpractice, etc.) with discretion and in line with school policy.
4. Evaluation & Results
Coordinate the collection and evaluation of answer scripts.
Supervise entry of marks into the school’s database/ERP system.
Generate mark sheets, grade reports, and result analysis summaries.
Handle result declaration processes and ensure timely communication to parents/students.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with education board (CBSE/ICSE/State) examination norms.
Coordinate for external board exams, including registrations, admit cards, and dispatching of answer sheets.
6. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments.
Prepare and present exam-related reports to the management and governing body.
Identify patterns in performance and work with academic staff on improvements.
