Excavation Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn the skills necessary for success in the construction industry.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean work area by disposing of waste materials properly and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols on the job site.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions (such as heat, rain, and snow.)
• Able to lift and carry 70+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working overtime consistently.
• Valid drivers license

Pay is DOE.
