Global Greenz is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our growing landscape and sitework team. This position involves operating excavators and other heavy equipment to support landscaping projects, site preparation, drainage work, and hardscape installations.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for landscape construction, grading, and site preparation
• Perform trenching for irrigation, drainage, and utilities
• Assist with land clearing, grading, and material movement
• Support hardscape installations including retaining walls and paver projects
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work closely with crew leaders and project managers to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating excavators and heavy equipment required
• Ability to grade, trench, and operate with precision around structures and utilities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
• Ability to follow direction and take initiative

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
