The opportunity
Bupa Türkiye’s Strategy and Transformation has been growing recently.
To support our growth and our ambitious plans, we are now looking for passionate Transformation and Process Excellence Leads/ Senior Leads to strengthen our
Excellence Office
in Türkiye.
You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of transformation & excellence projects including but not limited to new process design and mining, target operating model design, organizational design, strategic workforce planning and KPI/OKR model design as well as implementing digital and operational transformation projects.
Attributes and skills required for success

A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or other related field

Minimum of 5 years of previous consulting or related experience, mainly in areas covering business consulting, mainly in areas covering process architecture management, process improvement and performance management, process mining, digital and organizational transformation

Experience with contributing to multiple complex business projects in parallel

Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects

Creative, practical and solution oriented

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers with a passion for continuous learning & thinking out of the box

Proactive, multitasking, organized, capable to prioritize demands and fulfilling deadlines

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio and MS Project skill how it can be applied to design process and project management.

Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and other BPM tools would be a plus.
Responsibilities
-
Conduct in-depth analysis of new business and process models and technologies, integrating them into the company's operations.
-
Design and sustain company process architecture, design E2E Processes (Key, Common, Enhancer Processes), integrate process architecture with organizational and IT architecture.

Establish and sustain BPM governance, define and deploy process design, definition and standards (KPIs, Risks, RACI’s, etc.).

Govern and ensure process performance monitoring performance analysis, deploy process mining studies, ensure E2E process performance monitoring.

Develop, implement, and monitor transformation plans, roadmaps, and change management processes on strategic transformation initiatives while identifying potential roadblocks and risks to ensure results.

Design and optimize organizational structures that align with strategic priorities and business models. Define governance models, spans & layers, and role architectures to support scalability and agility. Lead organizational excellence projects.

Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, analyzing capabilities, capacity, and future talent needs and design organization structure, determine roles and responsibilities at department level, conduct FTE analysis for organization design and integrate with process architecture.

Design and implement performance management frameworks (including OKRs/KPIs) that drive alignment and accountability.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to define project scope, develop relevant solutions, and deliver high-quality work products; while ensuring teams take ownership of the projects and actively monitor progress to ensure they stay on track and meet established goals.

Manage and deliver transformation & excellence projects on time, within scope, and budget using project management best practices.

Prepare impactful deliverables including reports, presentations, and support discussions with the Management / Board of Directors.

Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to support resolution of issues.

Communicate effectively with the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard.
