Koç University is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and internationally minded International Mobility and Partnership Officer to support both incoming and outgoing student and staff mobility programs under Erasmus+ and bilateral exchange agreements. This hybrid role combines responsibilities related to exchange student advising, administrative coordination, event organization, data management, and communication content creation.

The position will play a key role in supporting students and staff before, during, and after their exchange experience, while ensuring compliance with Erasmus+ program regulations and Koç University procedures.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing events and managing administrative processes.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva or similar design applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in international mobility, Erasmus+ programs, or university-level student services is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and intercultural skills.


Job Description


  • Coordinate application, nomination, selection, and follow-up processes for incoming and outgoing students and staff.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the mobility cycle, including orientations, pre-arrival and pre-departure briefings.
  • Manage communications with partner institutions and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and document processing.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to mobility activities.
  • Archive all relevant reports, forms, and documents accurately and securely.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Erasmus+ guidelines and university policies.
  • Liaise with relevant university offices (Student Affairs, Registrar’s Office, Finance, HR, Dormitory Services) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Plan and organize key events such as orientation days, information sessions, international staff week, cultural activities, and student fairs.
  • Lead or support the design and execution of promotional materials (factsheets, posters, brochures, newsletters) in collaboration with the team.
  • Periodically update relevant documents, forms, and website content.
  • Participate in the organization of delegation visits and represent the university at national and international events when delegated.
