A government in Riyadh is looking for a highly skilled Execution Assurance Expert to join its Transformation Management Office (TMO).

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives, enhancing governance practices, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and update business transformation policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
• Support capability-building within the TMO team.
• Identify improvement and innovation opportunities to enhance transformation outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in transformation, project management, or related fields.
