Execution Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Execution Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in executing residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, quality control, adherence to timelines, and ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and PMC teams.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, labor teams, and site supervisors.
• Prepare and track project schedules; ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor material planning, procurement coordination, consumption, and reconciliation.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections; implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), weekly reports, and milestone updates.
• Handle site measurements, billing verification, and coordination with the billing engineer.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Support handover activities, snag list closure, and final completion.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, interiors, and external works.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise residential buildings, villas, commercial buildings, and mixed-use projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and site safety practices.
• Familiar with local building codes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
