We do not design for awards. We design for users, sales, and long-term growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a web designer who executes well, understands basic UX principles, and is comfortable working within an existing system.
This role is not about creative freedom at the start.
It is about learning how we design websites, following our structure, and delivering clean, consistent designs at speed. You will work closely with the founder and developer and gradually take ownership of design execution across multiple projects.

What You Will Do

• Design website pages using an existing layout and UX structure
• Work on WooCommerce stores, landing pages, and commercial websites
• Convert wireframes and ideas into clean, usable designs
• Maintain consistency across multiple similar projects
• Prepare developer-friendly design files
• Improve visual clarity without breaking UX or SEO structure
• Participate in UX audits, competitor analysis, and user flow reviews
• Accept feedback, revise designs, and improve delivery speed over time

Required Skills

• Strong command of Figma (components, styles, auto layout)
• Experience designing real websites, not just concepts
• Good understanding of spacing, hierarchy, typography, and readability
• Mobile-first design thinking
• Ability to follow an existing design system
• Basic understanding of how websites help businesses grow

UX & Business Understanding

You should understand that:

• Websites exist to convert users, not just look good
• Clarity beats beauty
• Design supports content and SEO, not replaces them
• Repetition and consistency are part of scaling

You do not need to be a UX expert. You must be UX-aware and willing to learn.

Experience Level

• 1 to 2 years of web design experience
• Agency or real-client experience preferred
• Ecommerce or business website experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
