Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this position should have sound knowledge of the following:

• Graphic design principles, layouts, typography, and color theory
• Designing creatives for digital and print media
• Branding and visual identity guidelines
• Social media design trends and marketing creatives
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design concepts

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and high-quality graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials
• Design banners, posts, ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional content
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual strategies
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as required
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software
• Strong creative, visual, and conceptual design skills
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to convert ideas into compelling visual designs
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Experience in designing digital marketing and social media creatives
• Ability to handle multiple design tasks with measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with branding, digital marketing, or advertising agencies
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD will be an added advantage
• Experience working with CMS platforms and web graphics is a plus

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
