Execution Management Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Leads and oversees the execution phase of PPP infrastructure projects within the Government PMO, ensuring delivery compliance with approved scope, schedule, quality, budget, and contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution during design, construction, and commissioning phases
• Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual requirements
• Ensure compliance with PPP agreements, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve engineering designs, variations, and technical submissions
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and performance reporting
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks
• Coordinate with private partners, consultants, and government stakeholders
• Oversee quality assurance, HSE compliance, and project controls
• Support transition from construction to operations phase

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 4 – 6 years of experience in infrastructure project execution
• Strong experience in PPP or large-scale government projects
• Solid knowledge of construction management and contract administration
• Strong leadership, coordination, and risk management skills
