Responsible for driving the day-to-day implementation of Dubai SME initiatives. This role ensures that project plans are executed on schedule, aligned to strategic goals, and supported by efficient operational systems. In a PMO capacity, acting as the anchor between strategy and delivery, the role oversees workstream coordination, timeline control, and execution health across all key programs and platforms.


Core Responsibilities

Program Execution Oversight

  • Manage timelines, activity trackers, and deliverables across SME workstreams
  • Ensure day-to-day operational progress and escalate delivery blockers in real time
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments, partners, and vendors
  • Lead initiative-level reporting, documentation, and compliance checklists


Operational Planning & Control

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational frameworks for key programs
  • Support budgeting, procurement coordination, and contract tracking with relevant units
  • Design and maintain dashboards for real-time execution tracking and performance metrics


Risk & Issue Management

  • Monitor potential delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation measures
  • Resolve execution issues and implementation bottlenecks during program rollout
  • Capture lessons learned and update institutional knowledge bases or playbooks


Quality Assurance & Process Optimization

  • Conduct internal audits and health checks to ensure quality across all active programs
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase delivery speed and reliability
  • Standardize operational processes across repeated program cycles


Desired Experience:

  • 6–10 years in operations, program delivery, or project management (public or private sector)
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track record in implementing SOPs, reporting frameworks, and issue-resolution systems
  • Operational planning, timeline management, dashboard creation, and reporting
