Basic Function- Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries

0-2 years’ experience on HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle

Any non-accounting process experience also holds good

Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market

Should be good in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Ability to understand business processes & needs

Able to understand the client’s requirements

Provide updates to the team
