Basic Function- Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries

  • 0-2 years’ experience on HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle
  • Any non-accounting process experience also holds good
  • Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market
  • Should be good in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to understand business processes & needs
  • Able to understand the client’s requirements
  • Provide updates to the team
  • Self-quality review capability
  • Should maintain & adhere to confidentiality and possess high level of integrity

Primary External Interactions- Managing Client deliverables

  • On time & Quality Deliverables
  • Daily communications with onsite team

Skills Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office applications- Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good Typing skill & Knowledge on Excel Concepts like – Look Function, Pivot Tables etc.

Process Specific Skills

  • Work knowledge in HR Backend operations - Worked on HRMS applications

Soft skills (Desired)

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Soft Skills (Minimum)

  • Good Communication skills both written & spoken English
  • Email etiquette

Education Requirements Graduate/MBA/PDBM, Diploma in HR
