IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Supervise and arrange R&M & fault rectifications of network operational and power equipment`s including rectifiers, solar, batteries, DGs, Ac units, etc. Operations & Maintenance of Wireless and Fixed Access Network. The incumbent is responsible for O&M of equipment including Switching, Power, (DC, AC, Solar), DG Set, Air Conditioning, Batteries, rectifiers, GPON support, BO support and Microwave, DRS services for PTCL Nodes and Corporate customers.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Manage R&M activities and fault rectification of network operational and power equipment including rectifiers, solar systems, batteries, DGs, and AC units.
• Oversee Operations & Maintenance of Wireless and Fixed Access Networks.
• Manage O&M of critical equipment including switching systems, DC/AC power systems, solar installations, DG sets, air conditioning units, batteries, rectifiers, GPON support, BO support, microwave, and DRS services for PTCL nodes and corporate customers.
• Ensure network operational efficiency and high service availability.
• Drive operational management excellence across all assigned domains.
• Enhance customer experience through improved service reliability and quick fault resolution.
• Achieve cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
• Promote employee engagement and capability development.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and safety standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking etc)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required.

Technical Competency:

• Electric Power Systems (AC/DC/Solar) functional understanding
• Generators maintenance & troubleshooting
• Telecom Access network operations
• Telecom customer services operational support
