About the Role:

We are seeking a competent and proactive Executive – Accounts & Finance, who will work directly with the Director and support both financial operations and executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role combines financial responsibilities with executive assistance, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and vouchers.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and analysis for the Director.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, vendor and customer reconciliations, and follow-up on receivables/payables.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Support tax matters, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare data summaries, MIS reports, and dashboards as required by the Director.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Director’s Office):

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Draft official letters, emails, and internal communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure discretion at all times.
  • Assist the Director in strategic and administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: CA Inter or ACCA (Part Qualified / Finalist).
  • Experience: 4–5 years in Accounts & Finance; experience in an Executive Assistant or Coordinator role will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command over accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with familiarity in SAP/Oracle/ERP/accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and maintains strict confidentiality.
