Job description for HR (Talent Acquisition Cum Employee Engagement)
1. Update existing content to include more keywords.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles across the location/s.
4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the need requirements.
5. Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
6. Connect with the New joiners for On boarding, Induction & Orientation
7. Driving employee survey (as and when required) for engagement activities while ensuring maximum participation.
8. Evaluate employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction
9. Connect with employees – understand what’s happening on the ground and lend support whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fit for specific roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future business demands. Maintain & share accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Employee Connect at a necessary interval / festivals through Engagement programs
Required Skills Qualifications:
Proven experience in Talent acquisition, Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and best practices.
Experience recruiting for similar industries like Banking, Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI & NBFC preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
