An Accounts Executive manages day-to-day accounting activities and supports the finance function of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts (entries, ledgers, journals)
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare invoices, bills, debit/credit notes
  • Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
  • Support GST compliance (returns, filings, reconciliations)
  • TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits
  • Maintain statutory records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist senior accountants / finance managers in MIS reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
