What Will You Do?
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support to a fast-paced global Sales organization. The individual will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and will need to display a high degree of discretion, integrity, and know how to balance urgent requests with thoughtfulness. The successful individual will bring a positive and can-do attitude and flexibility to the work environment and demonstrate the ability to work with professionalism and courtesy with all levels of internal management, employees, vendors, partners, and external contacts.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Manage the calendars, schedules, appointments, and required travel for VP of Sales and Sales leadership team, as well as coordinating logistics (e.g., meeting room preparation, presentation, catering, travel accommodations, etc.).
Assist with preparation of professional presentations for a variety of internal and external meetings.
Manage, reconcile, and complete expense reports, process invoices and as well as process and manage purchase/procurement requisitions.
Support weekly/monthly sales cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews)
Track key deliverables and follow-ups from leadership meetings
Serve as a helpful knowledge base for staff within the department, especially for process and procedures, and provide assistance in a hands-on and proactive manner.
Liaise effectively with Executive Assistant counterparts and build strong working relationships with a wide range of company stakeholders at all levels.
Maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive business and customer information
Anticipate leadership needs and proactively remove roadblocks
Support ad hoc projects tied to revenue initiatives and strategic priorities
Requirements:
Associate Degree is preferred
3-5 years of related experience required
Highly organized, analytical, flexible with shifting priorities and able to always exercise strong judgment
Strong written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of personalities
High level of integrity and discretion in all aspects of your job
Technical competency to review and edit documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Range:
P40-USA-1 :$85,000.00 - $121,400.00
