Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team of healthcare administrators. In this role, you will assume responsibility for all correspondence, meetings, and record keeping for the Chief Nursing Officer. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to assist in ensuring the department runs smoothly.

• You will facilitate notices, agendas, minutes, and prepare packets for any assigned meetings.
• You will also maintain and assist in managing Medical Directorship contracts and Physician Service Agreements as assigned.
• You must anticipate needed tasks or assignments and initiate the necessary work to complete the items without direct supervision or direction.
• You will keep an open line of communication with all other administrative assistants, department managers, physicians, and administrative officers.

• As a member of the administrative team you must ensure appointments and meetings are scheduled as requested.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED

• Business school or college graduate preferred.

• Executive administration assistance in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Previous secretarial or administrative experience with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
