Provide Executive Administrative support for our Executive Leadership team.

Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Leaders in our organization such as managing active calendars, composing/preparing correspondences that are sometimes confidential, coordinating meeting itineraries and agendas, occasionally handling customer calls, compiling documents, and presentations as needed.

Administrate and support key initiatives and meetings including associated tasks such as planning, communications, and catering.
Coordinate Special Events -
Plan and schedule Travel as needed to support Company events and functions.

Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Anticipate needs of executives and prioritize responsibilities to support. Manage day to day and look ahead to longer term goals/schedules.

Operate as an organized and efficient professional, representing Blain’s with both internal & external partners.

Participate in continuing education and training as appropriate.

Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires: approximately 30% of travel

3-5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant or equivalent preferred

Experience working with confidential and sensitive information

Ability to research, analyze, and report on data

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint.
