Job Scope
The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with administrative and operational tasks across various projects.
Responsibilities

Manage general emailing, memos, and other correspondence efficiently.

Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports, including flip charts, comparisons, and formulas.

Coordinate travel arrangements and organize customer events, ensuring all logistics are in place.

Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring proper handling of records, contracts, and important documents.

Assist in writing reports, processes, and project documentation.

Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner.

Follow up on tasks and emails to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
-
At least 2-3 years of experience as an executive support or in a similar administrative role within an industry-related company.

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic is a must.

Understanding of both local and international cultures, with experience working in the region.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
