This hybrid role combines executive support, office management, payroll coordination, and event planning responsibilities. The position requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Executive Assistant serves as a key partner to leadership by managing schedules, coordinating communications, supporting operational activities, and ensuring efficiency across the executive office.

This position follows a hybrid work structure, with time split between the office and remote work. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site regularly to support executive leadership while maintaining flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Compensation:
The target compensation range for this role is $100,000 –
$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
