The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of the TPA Division in MWG Administrators and will report to the Operations Manager. The position is an exempt, salary role and is located at 500 Steed Road Ridgeland, MS 39157.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Administative Assistant will assist the TPA Vice President and TPA Operations Manager with various administrative, clerical, and executive-level tasks. This role plays a key part in coordinating communicatio, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring priorities across the division are organizaed and executed efficiently. To perform the job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
