Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Financial Network Wealth Advisors. The ideal candidate will be a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks with efficiency and poise. In this role, you will directly support our Financial Advisors, assisting with the preparation of client meetings, documentation, project coordination, and more. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for financial services, we'd love to hear from you. Previous financial work experience preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to Financial Advisors in managing and organizing their workload.
• Process paperwork related to client accounts and transactions promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and manage client communications, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
• Manage and execute special projects as assigned by the Financial Advisors, coordinating resources and deadlines as needed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall client experience, ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required. Experience in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, but not necessary.
• Prior experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial platforms is a plus.
