Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the President, helping manage priorities, initiatives, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the President’s calendar to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and key initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Develop agendas, prepare materials, and track action items to ensure accountability.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and senior leadership team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, and project management.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
