Job Description: Provide comprehensive executive support to the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication across departments, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up of decisions and action items.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks assigned by the plant manager, monitor progress at all times and report results.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and integrate across departments; handle various administrative matters.
  • Work independently; be careful and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  • Coordinate scheduling of plant manager meetings, prepare meeting minutes afterwards, and follow up on decisions and action items.
  • Handle general document and data processing, organize and distribute approval documents, and track execution status.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Requirements:

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience: 2+ years supporting senior management or Plant Manager (preferred).


Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outlook/Calendar and common video conferencing tools (Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cross-departmental coordination experience.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Languages: English required; proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
