Barracuda is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This person will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and management support-related tasks and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have excellent attention to detail. They must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
What you'll be working on:
Support the CRO and various members of the management team
If on site, greet visitors and customers for the Sales team
Receive incoming calls and direct to the relevant department
Calendar management
Schedule both domestic and international travel for CRO, (S)VP’s level employees for the Sales department
Responsible for ordering and setting up lunches for internal meetings
Help coordinate office functions
Assist management with the creation of presentations and agendas
Ad hoc projects as requested
Attend regularly scheduled Sales calls
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years supporting CRO and other senior sales leaders
8+ years experience supporting management level and above
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience scheduling travel for management
Travel with the sales team annually to Sales Kick Off
5-10% travel for additional sales events

The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $124,000.00 to $150,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
