Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance Required: Secret Clearance

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings and events. Coordinate and complete travel arrangements (Defense Travel System-DTS).
• Prepares correspondence and certificates of appreciation.
• Receive and review read-ahead and other documentation for PdM.
• Ensure all correspondence is in accordance with AR 25-50 prior to signature.
• Provide support for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
  Maintain all records and security requests.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of executive administration experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma
• Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree
