SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Provide administrative support and assistance to Vice President and executive level staff. Provide support and assistance to Service and Operations staff.
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Additional school and/or training in data processing, administration, and equipment operation. Legal experience is preferred. Technical background helpful. 3 years related experience, executive level preferred, exceptional organizational skills, excellent people skills, good judgment and tact in all communications, and advanced computer skills.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
State driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None indicated.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED: Advanced
Specific Programs and/or skills:
Extensive use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint. Presentation skills, and Adobe Acrobat skills are also required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
This individual must possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; as well as, external vendors, business contacts, existing customers and potential customers.
