Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executive leadership

Prepare
executive-level presentations
, reports, and briefing materials with high attention to detail and visual quality

Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence efficiently

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery

Draft, review, and edit professional documents in
advanced business English

Act as a central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative role

Excellent command of English
