Role Purpose


The purpose of the Executive Administrator role is to enable senior leadership to operate efficiently by providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and communication support. The role focuses on delivering professionally crafted presentations , ensuring clear and accurate English communication , and maintaining strong organization of priorities, meetings, and follow-ups. Through attention to detail, discretion, and effective coordination, the role contributes to smooth day-to-day operations and supports informed decision-making across stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executive leadership
  • Prepare executive-level presentations , reports, and briefing materials with high attention to detail and visual quality
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence efficiently
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery
  • Draft, review, and edit professional documents in advanced business English
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative role
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and executive presentations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Exposure to structured reporting, executive dashboards, and project tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
  • minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in executive or senior administrative roles,
