The Executive Administrator is a full-time, on-site role that supports the Chief Executive Officer, Board members, and management team. This role may also assist others, such as members of the Leadership Team, as assigned. It bridges management and the Board of Directors, ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant administrative functions. The role includes job-related research and frequent interaction with external stakeholders, vendors, and community members.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the CEO, Board members, leadership team members, employees, and members of the general public.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others in sensitive and confidential situations.
Possess supervision or management experience. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and other business-related applications.
Experience in planning, facilitating, and following up on meetings and conferences
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Supervise the assigned clerical employees
The successful candidate will possess an associate’s degree in a business-related field and a minimum of three (3) years of progressively related job experience,
OR a high school diploma and at least five (5) years of progressively related job experience.
