Part-Time Executive Assistant — Keller Williams Market Center
Location: On-site at our Market Center Schedule: Part-time (in-office) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
*This role will become a full time position as the demand in the market center grows.
About the Role
Our Market Center is the heartbeat of a vibrant, growing real estate community, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic part-time Executive Assistant to help keep it thriving. This is more than a typical admin role — you'll be a key contributor to agent success, culture, and growth. If you love checklists and creative brainstorms, people and logistics, you'll feel right at home.
What You'll Do
Agent Onboarding
- Welcome and guide new agents through their first 30–60–90 days
- Coordinate paperwork, training schedules, system access, and orientation sessions
- Be a friendly first point of contact and resource for questions
Events & Culture
- Help plan, organize, and execute Market Center events — trainings, masterminds, mixers, holiday celebrations, awards, and community-building activities
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to make every event memorable
- Handle event logistics: venues, RSVPs, supplies, signage, and day-of coordination
Recruiting Support
- Assist with recruiting outreach and follow-up calls to prospective agents
- Maintain candidate lists, schedule appointments, and keep our pipeline organized
- Send thoughtful follow-ups that keep us top-of-mind
Social Media & Marketing
- Create and post engaging content for the Market Center's social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design simple graphics in Canva (or similar) to promote events, agent wins, and recruiting
- Capture photos and short videos at events for ongoing content
General Executive Support
- Calendar management, meeting prep, and follow-through on action items for leadership
- Light project management and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role
- Strong written communication and a friendly, professional phone presence
- Highly organized, you can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping balls
- Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Creative thinker who enjoys planning events and brainstorming new ideas
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Coachable, positive attitude, and a true team player
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required, we'll train the right person. *Active affiliation with another real estate brokerage may be considered a conflict of interest for this position.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Be part of a high-energy, supportive Market Center culture
- Variety, no two days look the same
- Real opportunity to make a visible impact on agents' careers and the office community
- Flexible part-time schedule that fits around your life
- Exposure to one of the most respected names in real estate, with room to grow
