Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding our affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across the region with a focus on ROAS. You’ll work closely with local and international partners, affiliate networks, and influencers to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals.


Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Last Click Attribution partners for the Internal Affiliate Program.

• Oversee monthly sales validation and payments across Affiliate Networks.

• Ensure all affiliate promo codes are active and functioning.

• Resolve disputes and operational issues within the Affiliate Channel.

• Drive performance for both new and existing publishers and influencers.

• Acquire new customers through research, outreach, and lead generation.

• Develop and implement remarketing strategies with internal and external partners.

• Secure and close new affiliate deals to grow channel revenue.

• Launch loyalty programs, execute strategic brand partnerships to boost reach and brand impact and grow Marketing revenue.

• Drive and Achieve Affiliate Sales Revenue Targets.

• Drive and Achieve Marketing & Partnerships Revenue Targets.

• Maintain Affiliate ROAS.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.


Experience:

• 2 years relevant professional experience in affiliate and/or cross-channel marketing strategy
