With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?


Purpose:

The purpose of this role to drive operational excellence in AGTL's spare parts warehousing and distribution network by managing Multan warehouse operations, supervising regional warehouse activities, and implementing data-driven demand planning processes that ensure parts availability, minimize stockouts, and deliver superior customer service to AGTL's dealer and service network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at Multan and supervise teams across AGTL locations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Implement optimized storage systems (FIFO/FEFO), maintain warehouse safety and compliance, and enhance productivity through continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor and improve key warehouse KPIs including order fulfillment, dispatch accuracy, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead demand planning by forecasting spare parts requirements using sales trends, service patterns, and seasonal analysis.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring fast/slow-moving and obsolete parts, preparing replenishment reports, and supporting cycle counting and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales/service teams to ensure timely parts availability, prevent shortages, and support seamless inbound/outbound operations.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain roles (fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant internships may also apply).
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket, manufacturing, or distribution industry is preferred.
  • Experience in demand planning or inventory forecasting will be preferred
