Purpose of the role
The Sales MIS & Reporting Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate data management, dashboard updates, and reporting support to the sales and marketing functions. The role requires strong analytical skills, coordination with cross-functional teams, and a structured approach to report generation and business insights.

Vahan data upload for vehicle registration and handling & resolving dealer queries

Industry data collection from filed on Monthly basis

DMS price upload and price change circular release to the field at every change

Carry out sales & industry analysis as per requirement

Review and ensure ORP adherence at Website and EMS (digital quotation) – accessory price validation

Regular updation of ECM and digital dashboards, ensuring accuracy and real-time reflection of key performance indicators.

Ensure high data accuracy and consistency in Power BI dashboards by coordinating with the D&AI (Data & Analytics) team; verify alignment with ISSM and other reporting platforms.

Support creation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports; perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Business Planning functions.

Timely preparation and release of BLT (Business Leadership Team) meeting material and monthly management reports across departments.

Assist in implementing new initiatives and projects of business significance. Ensure quarterly approval from HO Planner and track progress.

Monitor model-wise ORP (On-Road Price) adherence and ensure correct reflection on the official TVS website, especially during price changes.
