Executive Analyst

We are looking for an Executive Analyst to support the CEO with data analysis, online research, and travel coordination. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare market reports using import data in MS Excel (products, suppliers, customers)
  • Identify and research potential new business leads and opportunities online
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and meetings
  • Handle the CEO’s travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone
  • Track tasks and follow up to ensure work is completed on time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and report preparation
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • 1 year of corporate experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical, indenting, or clearing/forwarding sectors)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
