Executive Apprentice to the CEO

Magnus Capital Partners is a real estate development firm focused on workforce housing, employer partnerships, and impact-driven capital.

We are seeking a high-potential individual to work directly with the CEO in a three-year Executive Apprentice program. This is an intensive, high-exposure role designed to accelerate your career through direct involvement in strategy, deal execution, and leadership.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is a performance-driven position for someone who can execute at a high level, operate with urgency, and grow quickly in a demanding environment.

Role Overview (Year 1 – Execution Focus)

You will be responsible for ensuring the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness. This requires precision, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily priorities with extreme attention to detail and reliability
  • Preparing the CEO for meetings with clear context, materials, and defined objectives
  • Tracking and driving follow-ups across deals, partnerships, and internal initiatives
  • Coordinating internal and external communications with professionalism and clarity
  • Supporting preparation of presentations, materials, and deal-related workstreams
  • Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving environment

Success in this role requires the ability to move quickly, think critically, and take ownership without being prompted.

What This Role Becomes (Years 2–3)

Candidates with exposure to consulting, finance, real estate, or other high-performance environments are strongly preferred, as are those with a demonstrated track record of high achievement academically or professionally.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
