About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, manage schedules, and act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases for easy accessibility.
- Liaise with senior management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
