Job Title: Executive Assistant (Senior Leadership Support)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive day-to-day operations.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and includes coordination, communication, project tracking, and analytics support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including:

Complex calendar management

Scheduling internal and external meetings

Coordinating travel and handling expense reporting

Prepare and manage communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials

Take and distribute meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables

Coordinate large-scale meetings and events (e.g., town halls, leadership meetings) including logistics, agendas, and execution

Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless coordination

Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed

Assist with reporting and basic analytics, using Excel and other tools

Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and internal control processes
Required Qualifications

Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office:
