We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to join us at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) on a
12-month freelance contract.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic environment, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
This role is critical in ensuring efficient administrative and operational support across the team, with direct exposure to senior leadership and high-level coordination activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts

Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and departmental activities

Maintain and update stakeholder and contact databases

Prepare, organize, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

Support executive correspondence and prioritize communications effectively
-
Track and coordinate executive approvals and signatory requirements
-
Set up conference calls and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders

Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
Technology & Tools

Create documents, reports, spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Create presentations in PowerPoint
-
Demonstrated proficiencies with specific technologies e.g. AdobeSign, KissFlow, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of administrative support experience, ideally within a corporate or government environment
-
Prior experience in office management is highly desirable
